Listen to the sound that the fly makes buzzing against the window. Doesn´t it say all you ever need to know. The fly buzzing, trying to get out, buzzing against the window trying to get through this wall that it does not understand. But still it does not give up it keeps on buzzing trying to get out until it´s to exhausted to keep on going.

Thats us my friends, we keep on buzzing no matter how hard the setbacks. I used to see people that really got smacked down and they just bounced up again. I felt so impressed and I thought that I never would be able to get up if i got hit that hard. But I got hit, really hard, it was my lowest low, and I got up again.

Never forget that. You can get up again, and if you don´t there is always people that can and will help you.
